Every bar that leaves our stockyard is traceable to its heat number, tested against its grade specification, and certified before it ships, whether that’s a single test piece to a fabricator in Johannesburg or a full container to an EPC contractor in Doha.
We don’t hold a quality claim back until a buyer asks for it. Every order carries its Mill Test Certificate. Every stainless, duplex, and specialty-grade allocation gets a PMI check before it’s picked for dispatch, and that happens on the stockyard floor before anything gets bundled and labelled.
We commit to
- Heat-to-order traceability on every bar we stock and supply, with the Mill Test Certificate to match.
- PMI verification on stainless, duplex, super duplex, and specialty-grade material before allocation to an order, as standard practice rather than a spot check.
- Ultrasonic testing on request, and as standard on stock destined for oil and gas and pressure-critical applications.
- Dimensional and visual inspection after cutting rather than before, so length tolerance and end-face condition are confirmed on the piece that ships.
- Supply to the standard specified, ASTM A276 / A479, EN 10088, DIN 17440, JIS G4303, without substitution unless a buyer confirms it in writing.
- European-origin stock sourced from mills manufacturing to EN and DIN specification, for buyers across the Gulf, Southeast Asia, and Africa who source against European and international standards as a baseline.
Standards we work to
Stock is specified and tested against ASTM, EN, DIN, and JIS standards depending on grade and destination. If your project specification calls for a standard we haven’t listed, tell us before you order. We confirm compliance in writing, not after the material has shipped.
Non-conformance
If material doesn’t conform to its stated grade or specification, on our side or on arrival at your site, we investigate it against the original Mill Test Certificate and heat record directly with you.
